Use cases#
Knowledge base queries#
Search our Notion wiki for the onboarding checklist and
summarize the steps for new engineers.
Working notes updates#
Find the project note for the API migration and append a short
status update with the blockers we discussed today.
Documentation reference#
When drafting emails or Slack messages, Sidekick can reference Notion pages for accuracy:
Draft a response to the client's question about our SLA terms.
Reference our SLA page in Notion for the exact numbers.
Capability boundary#
Notion ships as a real v1 connector focused on the common "find, read, and update notes" workflow. It does not claim the full Notion API surface inside Sidekick.
Access control#
Notion controls which pages LumenFlow can see. To grant access to additional pages:
- Open the page in Notion
- Click Share then Invite
- Add the LumenFlow integration
warning Notion pages shared with LumenFlow are accessible to all members of the workspace. Be mindful of sensitive content.
