Setup#
- Go to Settings → Connections
- Click Add Connection → Greenhouse
- Authorise through Greenhouse OAuth or API token
- Confirm the Greenhouse account and stage scopes

Capability boundary#
The connector covers candidate triage and stage hygiene. Greenhouse Onboarding, custom approvals, or job board integrations are out of scope — use a Custom MCP server for those.
Governance#
Stage moves and reject decisions always require approval; reads and note additions can be auto-approved.
