LumenFlow Desktop

LumenFlow Desktop is a beta desktop shell around your workspace, currently Linux only — a global command launcher, system tray, native notifications, and deep links, not just a browser shortcut.

A desktop home for governed work, in beta#

LumenFlow Desktop wraps your workspace in a desktop shell, built to sit alongside your work rather than in a browser tab you lose. It's a shell around the same web workspace, not a separate app with its own logic, so policies, approvals, and evidence stay identical to what you see in the browser.

Desktop beta — Linux only. macOS and Windows builds are pending code-signing and haven't cleared platform QA yet.

What it adds#

  • Global launcher — a system-wide hotkey opens a command bar from anywhere, so you can start or find work without switching windows.
  • System tray — LumenFlow stays available in the background with quick access.
  • Native notifications — approvals and job updates arrive as OS notifications you can act on.
  • Deep links — links open straight to the right workspace, job, or approval.

Getting it#

The Linux build (AppImage or .deb) is unsigned while in beta and available on the download page, which shows the current install option and availability for your operating system. See Desktop and mobile surfaces for how the apps connect to your workspace.
