Analytics overview#
Navigate to Observe → Analytics to see workspace-level metrics and trends.
Key metrics#
Token usage#
Track how many tokens your workspace consumes:
- Daily breakdown — bar chart of tokens per day
- By model — which LLM models are used most
- By action type — email drafts vs. calendar queries vs. research
Action volume#
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total actions | All executed actions in the period |
| Auto-approved | Actions that matched a governance rule |
| Manually approved | Actions that required human review |
| Rejected | Actions that were rejected |
Approval rate#
The percentage of proposals that are approved. A high rejection rate may indicate prompting issues or overly broad Sidekick behavior.
Exporting data#
Click Export to download analytics as CSV:
- Token usage by day
- Action log with timestamps
- Cost breakdown by category
Date ranges#
Use the date picker to analyze specific periods:
- Last 7 days (default)
- Last 30 days
- Custom range
success Use analytics to identify patterns. If a specific action type dominates token usage, consider setting a cost cap for it.
