How billing works#
LumenFlow meters usage at the workspace level. You pay for:
- Plan tier — Free, Team, or Enterprise
- Managed inference — included credit on Free, metered usage on paid plans
- BYOK provider charges — only when you choose to route through your own model key
Viewing costs#
Go to Settings → Billing in your workspace to see:
- Current month's token usage
- Cost breakdown by action type
- Historical trends (daily, weekly, monthly)

Budgets#
Set monthly budgets per workspace:
Monthly budget: $50.00
Current usage: $23.47
Alert at: 80% ($40.00)
Hard stop at: 100% ($50.00)
When usage hits the alert threshold, you'll get a notification. At the hard stop, Sidekick pauses new actions until the next billing cycle (or you increase the budget).
Per-action limits#
You can also limit individual actions:

info Managed inference appears on your LumenFlow bill. If you connect a bring your own model key, the provider bills that usage directly.
