Notifications

Configure alerts for proposals, budget thresholds, and team activity.

Notification channels#

LumenFlow can notify you through multiple channels:

Channel	Use case
In-app	Bell icon in the dashboard header
Email	Daily digests or real-time alerts
Slack	Post to a channel when events occur

Proposals#

New proposal requiring manual approval
Proposal auto-approved (optional digest)
Proposal rejected

Budget#

Usage at 50%, 75%, 90% of monthly budget
Budget exceeded (hard stop)

Team#

New member joined
Member removed
Ownership transferred

Connections#

Connection expired (OAuth token refresh failed)
New connection added
Connection revoked

Setting up notifications#

Go to Settings → Notifications
Choose a channel for each event type
Set frequency (real-time or daily digest)

info Proposal notifications are enabled by default. Budget alerts activate when you set a monthly budget.
