Create your account#
- Visit lumenflow.cloud and click Start free
- Sign up with your email or Google account
- Verify your email address
That's it — you're in the dashboard.
Create a workspace#
Workspaces are isolated environments for teams or projects. Each workspace has its own:
- Sidekick conversations
- Approval rules
- API keys and connections
- Usage metering
To create one, click New Workspace in the dashboard and give it a name.
Start with managed inference#
Every new workspace can start on managed inference. You do not need to create a provider account or paste an API key before trying Sidekick.
- Open your workspace and launch Sidekick
- Ask Sidekick to draft an email, summarize a thread, or plan a task
- Review the proposal and approve the first action
- Check Observe to see the action, cost, and proof trail
Free workspaces include managed inference credit so you can evaluate the product without extra setup.
Optional: bring your own model key#
If you need a specific provider, model, or enterprise agreement, you can connect a bring your own model key in workspace settings.
- Go to Settings → Model Configuration
- Select a provider and model
- Paste your API key
- Save the configuration for the workspace
success Your API key is encrypted and stored securely. LumenFlow never sends your key to any service other than the provider you selected.
